Coaching Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting within three days of the missed meeting.
No refunds will be given for coaching advance fees or sessions already completed. For monthly fees cancelled within the cancellation policy or termination policy, fees for those sessions will be refunded.
Accepted Methods of Payment
All major credit cards. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Period of Payment
As agreed by the Coaching Agreement, a one-time advanced fee payment will be due within 2 weeks of agreement and before the first coaching session. Subsequent coaching sessions will be paid for at the time of booking. Payment will be processed immediately by credit card.
Price for Coaching Services
As agreed by Coaching Agreement and listed on the Stripe payment page.
